What This Program Is NOT

Peak Performance is built specifically for young athletes ages 10–21. It is NOT designed for:

  • Adult athletes
  • Acute injury treatment requiring orthopedic intervention
  • Active eating disorder treatment (we screen for RED-S but refer to specialized treatment when indicated)
  • Strength and conditioning coaching (we coordinate with your existing coaches)
