About the Role

Aletheia Integrative Medical is hiring a Patient Care Advocate — a patient-facing enrollment role focused on helping prospective patients understand their options and decide what’s right for them.

Most people who reach out to us have been through the conventional system without finding answers. The Patient Care Advocate is often the first real conversation they have with us — and it sets the tone for everything that follows.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to new leads and inquiries by phone, text, and email
  • Run discovery conversations to understand what a prospective patient is dealing with and what they need
  • Walk people through Aletheia’s programs and help them identify the right fit — DPC, IMI, therapies, or a combination
  • Convert qualified leads into enrolled patients
  • Own the patient journey from first contact through enrollment and early follow-through
  • Follow up consistently with leads who aren’t ready yet
  • Coordinate handoffs with providers and the operations team
  • Track activity and pipeline in our CRM (GoHighLevel)

This Probably Isn’t for You If…

This isn’t a transactional sales role with scripts and quotas. The conversations are real, sometimes long, and involve people making actual decisions about their health and money. If that sounds exhausting rather than interesting, this isn’t the right fit.

You also need to be comfortable with a cash-pay model. Patients are paying out of pocket and that comes up often. If you’re not confident talking through cost and value, this will be a hard seat to sit in.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong communication skills — verbal and written
  • Organized and self-directed; you manage your own follow-up
  • Comfortable with technology — CRM, phone, email, scheduling tools
  • Genuine interest in integrative and functional medicine

Preferred:

  • Experience in a patient-facing, sales, or enrollment role
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, or a related field

Schedule & Location

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard office hours.
  • Location: In-person, Lincoln, NE 68516. Must be able to commute or relocate before start date.
