If you do your best work in a high-volume, protocol-driven clinic — that’s a real career path. Just not this one.
Our patients come here on purpose. They’re cash-pay because they want a provider who actually knows them. They’re dealing with real health challenges — hormones, longevity, regenerative work, root-cause stuff that’s been missed — and they want a provider willing to dig into it with them.
If integrative medicine feels unproven to you, this won’t click. What we do is conventional medicine integrated with evidence-based therapies — it’s rigorous, it’s just not insurance-driven.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations (history, lifestyle, labs, goals)
- Develop individualized care plans rooted in integrative and functional medicine principles
- Manage patients seeking hormone optimization, wellness, and longevity care
- Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, supplements, and therapeutic options
- Build strong, long-term patient relationships through unrushed, meaningful visits
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team
- Participate in the growth and evolution of a modern integrative practice
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant license in the state of Nebraska (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Alignment with holistic, patient-centered care philosophy
- Comfort practicing in a cash-pay environment
Preferred Experience
- Integrative, functional, or holistic medicine
- Hormone optimization (TRT, HRT, metabolic health)
- Regenerative medicine or wellness-focused therapies
- Family medicine or primary care background with an integrative lens

Schedule & Location
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard office hours. No weekends.
- Location: In-person, Lincoln, NE 68516. Must be willing to commute or relocate prior to start date.
Compensation & Benefits
- $65–$75 per hour, based on experience
